Requirement briefing
Share your drawing, sample, or workpiece material, machine and cutting parameters. Our engineers reply within 1 business day.

STEP 02
Engineering review
We recommend geometry, substrate grade and coating, then send you a technical drawing to approve.

STEP 03
Grinding & production
Machined on Walter 5-axis grinders — flute, edge and runout dialed in to ±0.005 mm tolerance.

STEP 04
Inspection & delivery
Full inspection, individual packaging, first-article report. We keep tracking tool life once you go into production.
